Smoking is prohibited throughout the site of the hospital. We would appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation. We also would like to ask visitors to cooperate with this nonsmoking policy.
In principle, use of a mobile phone is prohibited because of potential impact on medical precision machines. If you have no choice but to bring a mobile phone with you, please shut off the phone.
You may use a mobile phone within the phone booth in front of the shop on the first floor, and a dining lounge in each ward. Pay a special attention so as not to annoy other patients when using the phone.
According to a defined standard, nurses care for patients during hospitalization, and therefore no other attendance to help patients is necessary. However, attendance may be permitted only when the Principal Doctor admits it necessary because of symptoms of a patient and requests by a patient or a family member of a patient. If this is the case, please submit “Application for Attendance by a Family Member”. Please feel free to consult with a chief nurse in each ward.
You may be asked to change the room in consideration of therapeutic and nursing needs. We would appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.
If you have any request for the room, please consult with your Nurse in Charge.
In principle, use bedclothes provided by the hospital. They will be changed once a week with a day of the week possibly varied depending on the ward.
We provide a therapeutic diet based on nutritional control to meet patients’ needs and for early recovery from disease.
Permission of your Principal Doctor is necessary. Please submit “Going Out/Staying Out Permission” form before going out. Patients must come back to the hospital by 19:00. If you need to extend the time or date for returning to the hospital for some reason, please contact us without fail.
